Q: What can I send by Post or Courier service?

A: Whilst we would love to be able to send and fulfill all your order requirements, we are unable due to certain product types to post certain items overseas. www.postoffice.co.uk/letters-parcels/mailing-guide/restricted-and-prohibited-goods.

Q: When will my order ship?

A: Doogee UK processes orders Monday through Friday, excluding UK holidays. It is our objective to ship all orders after they are processed and produced from the factory.

Q: How will my order be shipped to me?

A: Doogee UK uses Royal Mail, My Hermes, & other relative shipping partner service for shipping orders, which can take up to 90 business days.

Unless otherwise noted, our company will make the best efforts to dispatch your ordered item(s)for deliveries within the UK to be typically received within 10 to 30 days of shipment of the order. However please note that this can take up to 60 business days depending on the item ordered. Product availability may be limited, and particular products may not be available for immediate delivery, even if the product is not identified as “out of stock” on the Site. Our company shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense related to any delay in dispatch or delivery.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will be notified of the tracking number assigned to your order and the courier company used to send your order.

While we cannot currently provide a guarantee that items posted on Wednesday 23rd December will arrive prior to Christmas due to the impact of the new coronavirus restrictions, we can assure you that we will be endeavoring to deliver all items as quickly as possible. We know how important this is.

Once the item is in the courier’s network, we are unable to influence the time of delivery if it has been delayed for reasons beyond our control. Please be aware that, as a 1st Class postage stamp, if the delivery is late there is no refund for the delivery service. It is not a guaranteed service.

Couriers’ standard delivery charges are for Monday to Friday collection and delivery service. We cannot give a time of delivery, nor can we guarantee the day.

Orders containing prescriptions and other medicines require a signature on delivery. You can also arrange for your order to be delivered to alternative addresses including your office, members of your family or your local post office.

Please note that deliveries are made to the delivery address you supply to us. Re-dispatch of any returned orders may incur an additional delivery charge.

If it is not a quality issue, such as the return caused by personal preference and the phone frequency band provider unsupported, the refund will be deducted from a 10% handling fee, and the customer shall bear the return shipping fee.

General return guidelines

These are the general return guidelines for DOOGEE ("DOOGEE", "us" or "our") and only apply to products you have purchased directly from doogee-mobile.co.uk. If you purchase products through other channels online or offline, please contact the supplier who ultimately sold you the product. All returns must meet the general guidelines for individual return policies to apply.

1. All product returns require an RMA service order number. You can get the service number by contacting DOOGEE Customer Contact Center through online chat. You can also send an email to help@doogee-mobile.co.uk

2. If you return an item that contains personal information, you must delete this information completely before returning the product to us. Depending on the reason for the return, the return shipping fee may be deducted from your refund. (That is, if you initiate a return for a defective product that is powered on and works normally after inspection).

3. For the purchase of goods, please keep the original packaging for at least 30 days during the return policy period to prepare for return or exchange.

4. The products received by DOOGEE are not eligible for return in any of the following cases and will be rejected:

·Any product not purchased from doogee-mobile.co.uk;

·Any product that is missing, damaged, altered or otherwise unable to read the IMEI or serial number label, manufacturer model or part number label;

·Any product without all original packaging and accessories at the time of return, including retail boxes, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product;

·Any product that is physically damaged;

·Any product that has been tampered with, customized or changed in any way.

Standard return policy

1. For products with qualified quality: return or exchange within 15 calendar days from the invoice or delivery date, whichever is later.

2. Products with manufacturing problems: Return and exchange within 30 calendar days from the invoice or delivery date, whichever is later.

3. After creating a return through the DOOGEE Customer Contact Center, you can get the return application number. You need to pack the defective equipment and proof of purchase according to the instructions in the email, and send the package to us as soon as possible. Please note that you need to deliver the product as soon as possible, otherwise your return request number will be invalid.

4. Returns and exchanges within the period of the return and exchange policy, only in the case that the product is defective due to the manufacturer, no return and exchange fees will be charged.

5. For returns caused by consumers, the freight will be borne by consumers. The specific cost is subject to the courier company you choose.

6. If the goods received are damaged or incorrect due to our reasons, consumers do not need to bear the resulting shipping costs.

7. No purchase fee will be charged to consumers for returns and exchanges.

Return the goods

DOOGEE will only pay the return shipping fee when the product is defective due to the manufacturer (not the customer's fault). The item must comply with its DOOGEE return policy. After creating an RMA through the DOOGEE Customer Contact Center, you can obtain the waybill number by email. The reimbursement of the return shipping fee paid by the customer will be processed through the online channel provided by DOOGEE.

1. The return shipping fee may be deducted from your refund, depending on the reason for the return (i.e., a return initiated for a defective product that has been powered on and has been checked for normal operation).

2. For the purchase of goods, please keep the original packaging for at least 30 days during the return policy period to prepare for return or exchange.

How to return DOOGEE items

• First, you can apply for an RMA service number by contacting the DOOGEE Customer Contact Center. • Next, you need to back up your data and use the product to erase all personal data.

• Then DOOGEE will send the return request number to the user. Please pack the defective device and proof of purchase and send it to the designated address provided by DOOGEE.

• DOOGEE authorized service center will process your return request after receiving the product. • You can use the waybill number to track the shipping status.

Other return information

Any combination of promotions and purchases:

1. Combination promotion refers to a special offer for purchasing two or more products at the same time to enjoy discounts.

2. The products purchased in combination promotion, any of them can be returned and exchanged in accordance with the return policy.

3. For products purchased in combination promotion, any one of them will be returned in accordance with the return policy. The current order will no longer enjoy the combination promotion policy. We will recalculate the unreturned products based on the original price, and then calculate the refund amount for you. Promotional items and gifts DOOGEE may provide free promotional items with its products. To obtain a full refund for purchases that offer promotional items, all items must be returned. Out of stock (backorder) items If DOOGEE no longer carries the item sent for replacement, or the item is simply out of stock, DOOGEE will refund you.

Not eligible for return

If you cannot create a return, it may be due to one of the following reasons. The product has passed the return period If your item exceeds the eligible return period, you will no longer be able to return it to DOOGEE, but you may still be covered by DOOGEE's repair or replacement warranty.
